What we publish and why
Școala Gimnazială „Ion Pop Reteganul” Reteag is a public institution funded from public money. For this reason, the law requires us to make public certain information about how this money is spent. On this page you will find it brought together:
- salary income, by post;
- the school’s budget and budget execution;
- the declarations of assets and interests of the persons who are required to submit them;
- the annual reports on the school’s activity.
Other information of public interest, and how you can request it, is presented on the Information of public interest page.
Salary income
Under Article 33 of Framework Law no. 153/2017 on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds, public institutions publish at their registered office and on their own website, on 31 March and 30 September each year, the list of all posts paid from public funds. For each post, the information published includes, among other things, the basic salary, bonuses, allowances and other entitlements in cash or in kind, together with their legal basis.
The list contains posts, not names: the staff category (teaching, auxiliary teaching, non-teaching), the post, the teaching grade and the total salary entitlements. The published document is in the list of documents at the end of the page.
Budget and budget execution
Under Article 5(1)(e) of Law no. 544/2001 on free access to information of public interest, sources of funding, the budget and the balance sheet are information that is communicated proactively.
Good to know: The approved budget for the current year and the budget execution will be published on this page. Until then, you can request them from the school office.
Declarations of assets and interests
Law no. 176/2010 on integrity in the exercise of public functions and offices also requires persons holding management and control positions in state educational institutions to submit declarations of assets and interests (Article 1(1)(32)). At our school, this obligation applies to the head teacher and, where applicable, to other persons holding management or control positions.
The declarations are submitted to the National Integrity Agency (Agenția Națională de Integritate, ANI) through the e-DAI electronic platform. The rules on their online publication were changed by the 2025 decision of the Constitutional Court concerning Law no. 176/2010. The declarations that the law makes public can be consulted on the ANI declarations portal.
Good to know: We will publish the head teacher’s declarations here if, and in the form in which, the law in force requires it.
Annual reports
After each school year, the school draws up the Annual Internal Quality Evaluation Report (RAEI), which describes the school’s activity, the pupils’ results and the resources available to it. The published reports are in the Reports section.
For the school’s public procurement, see the Procurement page. For posts open to competition, see the Careers page.
