Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (CA) is the school’s decision-making governing body. It operates in accordance with Pre-university Education Law no. 198/2023 and the Framework Methodology for the organisation and operation of boards of directors in pre-university education institutions, approved by Order no. 6223/2023.

Among other things, the Board of Directors:

• approves the school’s important documents, such as the Rules of Organisation and Operation (ROF) and the Institutional Development Plan (PDI);
• approves the budget and decides on the school’s property;
• takes decisions concerning staff, in accordance with the law;
• approves measures for pupils’ safety and for the school’s accessibility.

The parents’ representatives are appointed by the Parents’ Representative Council. You can find out more about it under Parents’ committee.

Representatives of the representative trade unions with members in the school and the president of the School Pupils’ Council attend the meetings as observers. Representatives of the parents’ association may also attend, under the conditions laid down by law. Depending on the subject, other people may also be invited.

Meetings may be held in person, online or in hybrid format. The meeting agendas and the decisions adopted are displayed on the school notice board and on the website.
