This is the official website of Școala Gimnazială „Ion Pop Reteganul” Reteag (“Ion Pop Reteganul” Lower Secondary School, Reteag), Str. Gării nr. 138, Reteag, com. Petru Rareș, jud. Bistrița-Năsăud, 427220.

The website informs pupils, parents, staff and the public about the activity of the school and its units: news, documents, timetables, admissions and information of public interest.

By using the website, you accept these terms. The website may be used free of charge and without an account.

02Accuracy of information

We publish information with care and update it periodically. However, errors or delays may occur.

• For important decisions (enrolment, deadlines, examinations, scholarships), also check the information with the school office.
• Signed and stamped official documents, as well as communications from the Ministry of Education and the County School Inspectorate, take precedence over the text on the website.
• If you notice a mistake, please let us know. We will correct it as quickly as possible.

03Copyright and trade marks

The texts, photographs, graphic elements and structure of the website belong to the school or to their authors and are protected by copyright legislation.

• You may quote or share the texts published by the school for non-commercial purposes, with attribution of the source and without altering their meaning.
• Photographs may not be taken, altered or republished without the school’s consent, especially those in which people appear.
• The logos, names and materials of other institutions or organisations (for example, those of the ministry, the inspectorate or project partners) belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those institutions or projects.
• Legislation and official documents published to inform the public may be used freely, under the conditions laid down by law.

The website contains links to other websites, for example the Ministry of Education, the Bistrița-Năsăud County School Inspectorate (ISJ), Google Drive or Facebook.

We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy rules. A link does not mean that the school endorses the opinions or services on that website.

05Photographs of pupils

We publish photographs or recordings in which pupils can be recognised only with the written consent of their parents or legal representatives.

If you appear in a photograph on the website (or your child does) and you would like it to be removed:

1. Write to us at scoalaionpopreteganul@yahoo.com or submit a request to the school office.
2. Indicate the page and the photograph (for example, the page address and a short description).
3. We remove the photograph as quickly as possible, without asking you for reasons. Withdrawal of consent does not affect publication made before the withdrawal.

06Proper use of the website

Please do not use the website in ways that may affect its operation or security, for example through attempts at unauthorised access or excessive automated traffic.
