Each school year, pupils take part in the national programmes „Școala altfel” (“A Different Kind of School”) and „Săptămâna verde” (“Green Week”). During these weeks there are no lessons following the usual timetable; instead there are educational, cultural, sports or environmental education activities.

In the 2026-2027 school year, the two programmes take place between 7 September 2026 and 23 April 2027. They are part of the 36 teaching weeks.

The weeks chosen by the school and the programme of activities are announced by the primary teacher and the form teacher and will be published on this page.

Days without classes

No classes are held on public holidays. There may also be other days off, set by decision of the Government or the authorities. The primary teacher or form teacher announces these days in advance.
