In brief
- The website does not set cookies.
- We do not use traffic statistics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plug-ins.
- For this reason, we do not show you a cookie consent banner.
- Only the accessibility settings and the state of the closed alert message are saved in your browser. This information is not sent to the server.
- The Google map loads only if you request it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in the browser. The browser usually sends them back to the website on each visit. They can be used, for example, for authentication, statistics or advertising.
There are also other similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). We explain them below, because the website uses them.
What the website saves in your browser
| Name (key) | Type | What it contains | How long it remains |
|---|---|---|---|
ipr-a11y-v1 |
localStorage |
The accessibility settings you have chosen (text size, spacing, dyslexia font, contrast, theme, colour vision mode, animations, link underlining, large cursor, reading guide) | Until you delete them |
ipr-alert-dismissed |
sessionStorage |
The fact that you have closed the alert message at the top of the page | Until you close the browser tab |
This information:
- is created only if you change a setting or close the alert message;
- remains only on your device;
- is not sent to the server and is not read by the school;
- does not identify you and is not used for tracking.
It is strictly necessary to provide you with the function you have requested. That is why we do not ask you for separate consent.
The Google map
On the home page, in the contact section, there is a Google Maps map showing the school’s location. The map does not load automatically. In its place you will see a “Load the map” button.
If you press the button:
- your browser connects directly to Google’s servers;
- Google receives your IP address, technical data about your browser and the address of the page from which you loaded the map;
- Google may read or set its own cookies, especially if you are signed in to a Google account.
The school does not control these cookies and does not receive the data collected by Google. Details can be found in Google’s privacy policy and in Google’s information about cookies.
Your choice is not remembered. On your next visit, the map will appear again only if you press the button.
Links to other websites
Some documents are published on Google Drive, and for Facebook we have a plain link. Nothing is loaded from these services until you open the link. Once you open it, the cookie policy of the website concerned applies.
How to delete the saved information
From the website: in the accessibility panel you can return to the default settings at any time.
From the browser: delete the “site data” or “cookies and site data” for this website. The exact steps depend on the browser:
- Chrome and Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data (or “Clear browsing data”).
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.
- Safari: Settings (Preferences) → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
Data in sessionStorage disappears in any case when you close the tab.
Good to know: If the browser blocks local storage (for example, in private mode), the website continues to work. Accessibility settings apply only to the current page, and the alert message may reappear.
Changes
If we introduce services that use cookies, we will update this page beforehand and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent.
For general information about personal data, read the Privacy policy.
