Where to find the forms
All the forms published by the school can be found in the Forms section of the documents, where you can download and print them. If you cannot print, ask for the form at the school office.
Common applications
- Enrolment application – for kindergarten, the preparatory grade (clasa pregătitoare) or grade 1. Details under Enrolment.
- Application for a pupil certificate – when an institution asks you for proof that your child is a pupil at our school.
- Transfer application – when your child moves to another school or comes from another school.
- Application to excuse absences – for your child’s absences, under the conditions set out in the regulations.
- Withdrawal application – for example when your child is leaving for a school abroad. The parent must request the withdrawal in writing.
- Scholarship application – details under School scholarships.
How to submit an application
- Fill in the form and sign it.
- Attach the required documents, if applicable.
- Submit the application at the school office during opening hours. Ask for a registration number.
If you would like to send the application by email, please first ask the school office whether this is possible for your application.
Good to know: The updated forms for the 2026–2027 school year will be published by the school in the Forms section. Until then, you can obtain them from the school office.
