For the attention of economic operators

“Ion Pop Reteganul” Lower Secondary School Reteag has published request for quotations No. 7 of 12.04.2023 for the purchase of “IT equipment needed to equip the smart multifunctional room”.

The purchase is made under the project “National Programme for Reducing School Dropout at ‘Ion Pop Reteganul’ Lower Secondary School Reteag” (financing contract No. 10113 of 27.09.2022, project code F-PNRAS-1-2022-0118), funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

The minimum technical specifications for each product are set out in the request for quotations. The estimated value of the purchase is 68,490.00 lei excluding VAT.

Submission of offers

  • The offer is drawn up according to the model in the annex and submitted in person, by e-mail or by fax, by 24.04.2023 at the latest.
  • The offer must be accompanied by a copy of the Certificate of Registration or the Certificate of Status issued by the Trade Register Office.
  • Delivery takes place within 60 days of signing the contract, and the offer must remain valid for 60 days from the submission deadline.
  • The contract is awarded to the bidder that meets all the technical specifications and offers the lowest total price, excluding VAT.
  • Before the contract is signed, the winning bidder submits the data on its beneficial owners, in accordance with Instruction No. 6/30.08.2022 of the Ministry of Investments and European Projects.
